How we work — engagement flow

Review first. Build end to end. Hand it over.

Every engagement follows the same flow, whether it ends in a two-week review or a full build. Each one is shaped to the system in front of us: a managed cloud service or a custom implementation, chosen by fit and proven with measurable evaluation. The review has a fixed scope and starts at US$4,900, a fraction of what a Big-4 assessment or months of an internal hire would cost.

01

Architecture review

Fixed scope at a published price, with no hourly meter running. We map your system, launch decision, reviewers, and constraints, then hand you a risk-ranked plan that separates launch blockers from nice-to-haves.

02

Build or harden

We build the system end to end, or harden the one you already have, inside your stack: managed cloud service or custom build, with evaluation evidence produced as we go.

Evidence & handoff

Your team gets the Approval Evidence Pack, the code, and the training to own the system, plus a defined support window. When we leave, the system is yours to run.

Approval Evidence Pack

Written for the people who must say yes.

Every engagement produces one artifact a CISO, security reviewer, or compliance lead can take to their own sign-off: the evidence that the system is measurable, controlled, and operable.

Contents
E-01Risk register ranked by launch impact
E-02Evaluation results and regression coverage
E-03Control map with policy tests and audit trails
E-04Threat model and incident paths
E-05Runbooks and operating ownership

Three things we won't compromise on.

Governance before scale

Controls, audit trails, and human oversight are designed before the system expands.

Evidence before architecture

We choose cloud-managed services, custom builds, agents, or simpler tools based on measurable fit for your case.

Handoff over dependency

The end state is code, runbooks, and decisions your team can own.

We provide technical and operational compliance support, not legal advice. For formal legal interpretation, we work alongside counsel.

Start with the review.

Bring an idea, a pilot, or a launch plan. We will map what stands between you and production, then scope the engagement that closes the gap, from a fixed review to a full end-to-end build.
